I had 8i on W2K with 128M. It worked fine. But I didn't like seeing 2/3rds of my memory being chewed up by a single Instance.

So now I sit here with 1/3rd of Gig, and the task manager graph of memory allocation barely moves off the bottom! Now I am a happy bunny.

Moral: don't even contemplate 64Mb. 128Mb would be adequate. But I'd recommend 256M or higher.
