2nd try: using RMAN under OPS 8.21 w. NT Cluster 2 nodes

Hi, I am new to OPS and even Oracle. I just managed to use rman to hot backup Oracle under NT. However, the real situtation for me is to backup
OPS (with NT cluster 2 nodes) on line. Currently, the database is in nonarchivelog mode. I think if it were a single node, i should make database log mode archived, and backup the database and archvied log. I
don't know if there are sth special under OPS/NT Cluster for me to do and
in what sequence. for instance, do i need to stop all the instance to change the database in archive log mode and backup all redo log for each node....

Your help will be highly appreciated.
