q: db link error

sir, why am i getting this error message ? link gave invalid username/passwd and conn worked with the same username/passwd ? thanks in advance

1* create public database link rx60 connect to pie identified by orang01 using 'rx60'
SQL> / Database link created.

SQL> desc pie.pie_note_at_rx60
ERROR:
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied ORA-02063: preceding line from RX60

SQL> conn pie/orange01_at_rx60
Connected.
