HI!

If you use RAID 5 insted of RAID 1 you'll get:

- more disk space
- the same reading time
- MORE writing time.

So if you want to maximize input speed then looks like RAID 1 is better. With 6 drives you can make RAID 10 (1+0) with 3 strips (Raid 0) with pairs of drives in mirroring (Raid 1) Received on Sat Aug 26 2000 - 07:33:56 CDT
