Check out some of the resources on my site, there is actually quite a bit of free training out there. The real tough part is getting the hands on experience, I'll try to put an article together specifically on this topic soon. After you read a few books, go through the online training and get a bit of hands on I recommend you take a course, the one weekers are expensive but fast and if you get a little experience at home first it will really pay off when you take the course. I'm finally getting my system set up so I can shoot tutorials, put a few together tonight (stream audio and video). Will be happy to help you out if you need it.
