If you are not aware of the Management Server, then it most likely means that you have not read the installation guide for OEM 2.0. OEM 2.0 now requires a Management Server. This is a seperate tier from the Repository DB, the OEM client software, and the DB's you are monitoring. While it is considered a seperate tier, you can run it on the same machine that OEM 2.0 client runs on. Read the manual and it will give you step by step instructions on how to set up the Management Server.
