PL/SQL IO

1. How do I put data in the SQL/PLUS buffer (the sql/plus command buffer) from a PL/SQL procedure when I run it in SQL/PLUS using exec myproc()

command?

2)There is any package for IO on the client side. The utl_file package works only on the server side
