The sqlnet configuration files go to $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin in Oracle 7
$ORACLE_HOME/net80/admin in Oracle 8.0
$ORACLE_HOME/network/admin in Oracle 8i
If you have different versions (with different Oracle Homes) you can also
put them in the /etc directory.
The files you list are *samples* only.
