I've recently installed onto a clean Win 2k server a version of oracle
8.1.5



I can tnsping it across the network from my 95 machine, but when I try
to connect with SQLPLUS I get ORA-12514 TNS:listener could not resolve
SERVICE_NAME given in connect descriptor.
