Database-Creation-Character-Set of an Instance

ORACLE 7.3.4.5, AIX 4.3.3 Hello,
I have to rebuild a Database on NT 4.x. I have to have the same character set in the CREATE Database - Command.

In which V$-View i can see the character-set of the Oracle Instance?
