Can I install the Enterprize Manager on a Win95 workstation for remote access to the server??

I bought the Oracle 8i "The Beginners Guide" and it is one of the most expensive paperweights I own. I sent the Author a email asking questions and he told me I should ask qualified Oracle dba for answers ? Ya, there goes $85.00 because I cannot find the receipt.

Sorry for harping,

Thanks for any advice MJ
