Oracle v7.3, OAS v4.071, speed issues...

System I'm working on has an Oracle v7.3 database at the backend and is
accessed through a browser, via Oracle Application Server.  Had to upgrade
OAS to v4.071 (was v2.1).  Now runs very slowly.  Anybody else ever come
across this problem before?  Running on Windows NT 4.
