Where is Services Summary in lsnrctl?

The  "lsnrctl start" , "lsnrctl status" and "lsnrctl services"
commands no longer print the info below the "Services Summary ..."
header. 



 The listener is in fact running, and functions properly as far as I
can tell.  What setting or parm might I have accidently bumped that
has turned off the display of the Services information?
