Hi,
the smallest you can set it to is about 1 second, but consider:

1. how much work the server is currently doing
2.how much work the server will need to do
3. your link speed & connection reliability
4.conflict resolution.

any failed connection tries are automatically re-queued, but if you have a high update rate for your table & the link goes down, you better have a lot of storage to stick the transactions, also your conflict resolution better be good or you will have a lot of manual work to do.

Why don't you try setting it to 1 hour, try it , then half it, etc. steve
