server-side ODBC library?

Does anyone know of an ODBC server-side library that can be linked in with normal C code?

I have an application (using a non-Oracle DBMS) that has been written using such a library with calls to ODBC2 routines. In porting to Oracle I would prefer to stick to as much of the original code as possible. It will be quite an upheaval to change everything to Pro*C.
