Oracle vs Sybase, more specific questions

I would like to know if there is something done abaut comparing these DB in very general terms. I mean, pros and cons that can help us to decide between them.

Being more specific, I want to focus on the following subjects:

     concurrency

     scalability

     locks management

     performance

     reliability

     administration

     Internet

     software developing

     stored procedures

     portability

     recovery (import/export)

     others

     If you have experience in some of these items, please help me to increase my knowledge through giving your advice or discussting others opinions.
