With Oracle 8.0.x you can find the same environment that you have with O7...

Context Cartridge
OAS
Net80 (SQL*NET)
Developper Server 6

With 8i, this is sligthly different... Context is integrate in Intermedia option and you must migrate...
For Application Server, my opinion is that the best is to keep it in a separate world.
