strange entries in <sid>alrt.log

In some of my <sid>ALRT.LOG files, I get a bunch of entries that look like this:

HS: Agent uploaded class capabilities
HS: FDS class = 'DB2MVS_3_DB2_3.1', FDS instance = 'G4XP'
HS: Agent uploaded instance capabilities
HS: FDS class = 'DB2MVS_3_DB2_3.1', FDS instance = 'G4XP'
HS: Agent uploaded class DD translations
HS: FDS class = 'DB2MVS_3_DB2_3.1', FDS instance = 'G4XP'

These are new to me, and they don’t occur in the alert logs for some – not all – of my databases. I did not create these databases myself, so have no knowledge off the top of my head on what may be different between them. I am told all databases at this location were set up the same way.

Any ideas on the significance of these entries and why I only get them on some databases?
