Hi,

 oradim gives you a gui to create a new database. You need to have a init<SID>.ora file (copied from the starter - database for example).

 Then you can specify filenames, locations, passwords etc.

 Oradim will create windows services, database for you.

 There should be an icon to start it somewhere.
