Aaargh!!!! Ignore the above.
Talked too soon. In 10.7 these (CN, SC, CE) are users/schemas created by the financials 10.7 installer. I don't know why they are in the system tablespace though, the install normally creates dedicated tablespaces for it's own schemas.
