Install Oracle 815i on radhat 6.1

I want to intall Oracle 815i for linux on radhat 6.1.
but when I run runInstaller,it threws error:



Initializing Java Virtual Machine from /usr/local/jre/bin/jre
please waiting...


Error in CreateOUIprocess():-1


:Bad address



why?




Machine memory: 64 < the minimal 128


Is that cause this problem?
