Hi




when l tried to start oracle enterprise manager on NT, error message,
ora-09352 OracleService(SID) has not been started, occurred. l attempted to
find this service through "control panel" --> "service". But l could not
find the OracleService.



May some competent guys help me resolve this problem ?
