remote date transfer

hi,
i have a setup in which we have two servers, i need to tranfer data from one server table to the other. during the server installation the replication manager option was not availed on both the servers.
so i do not have distributed database.
how do i go about it.
i do not want to use snapshots.
is the copy command the only way out..?
