Oracle Apps P/A's/DBA's

Good morning,

   This is my first time posting to this discussion group, so please forgive me if I am not using this media correctly. In short, I was wondering if anyone had information about various Oracle user groups throughout the US. I am attempting to contact any available Oracle Applications P/A's or DBA's that are looking for project work. I am doing more and more business involving Oracle and many times cannot find enough talent to 'fill the bill'. I hope to hear back from you and again I apologize if I have not used this discussion group correctly. Thanks so much.
