ora-0900 when running a procedure

Hi! I'm trying to run a procedure over a jdbc-connection. The procedure works fine in sql as the same user as the jbdc-connection. The errorcode is ora-0900 that suggest that i install procedural option but that must alread be installed since I can run the procedure in sql plus??
I'm using oracle thin driver for 8.1.5.
