error in loading shared libraries.

After that I installed Oracle8i on Linux Caldera I tried to run svrmgrl and sqlplus but he gave me the following error:

        svrmgrl: error in loading shared libraries; libskxp8.so: cannot
        open shared object file: no such file or directory.

I had the same error when I run sqlplus but it is not libskxp8.so but it is libclntsh.so.8.0

I hope that someone can help me out of that problem. Thank you very much.
