Hi,
When I try to install Oracle Web Server on the following machine, I'm getting the error specified below.

Linux m/c : Red Hat 6.0
Oracle : 8.0.5
Oracle Web Server: 3.0.2

After installation of OWS, when i try to start wrb (Web Request Broker), the following error occurs:

owsctl: Error: /oracle/oracle/ows/3.0/../admin/ows/website30/wrb/config/.omnaddr doesn't exist or not readable.

owsctl: Error: You must save the OMN_ADDR (e.g. UDP:wchan-sun:10000) in A /oracle/oracle/ows/3.0/../admin/ows/website30/wrb/config/.omnaddr

What is the problem with my server and how do I solve it?

Regards,
Subbut. Received on Tue Sep 28 1999 - 23:46:47 CDT
