Hi

You should analyze the DB with analyze command.This will fill some tables. look into these
DBA_TABLES, DBA_SEGMENTS, DBA_FREE_SPACE, DBA_INDEXES also you can use some Oracle tools such as Storage Manager, Tablespace Manager
