Hi all,



is performance a big issue in oracle advanced replication (7.3.4.0.1)



    
  
  1.   between the two nodes
  
  2.   in synchronous updates are there likely to be delays






the above relates to a medium sized db (5 to 10 GB) with smaller than
average update traffic with dedicated bandwidth of approx 512k



any help/suggestions  greatly appreciated
