I am, and have been for some time now, using 7.3.4 and Netware 4.11 with no problems with the listener....Your problem may be related to a 'nasty' habit that I find in the Netware versions of Oracle...after a shutdown ( other than a shutdown abort) and restart, Oracle refuses client connections with an ORA-600 error-internal programming exception and the database needs to be shutdown abort and then restarted...all is then well.

So if you are attempting to connect from a client (and not from the server console, and, even then there can be the same problem) you may need to revise the shutdown script you use to utilize the abort method to shut the database down...

I have not found a solution to thsi odd behavior, so I have leaerned to live with it...
