Hi all,
I'm trying to use the latest Oracle Jdbc drivers (latest from the Oracle website -816classes12.zip) and I'm having just loads of problems. I found a patch file (patch803.zip) that I can apply to an NT server 8 which basically just install the TCP/IP adaptor over the existing one. However, I can't apply the patch even after I shutdown the databases and stop the listener. There are some Oracle processes around that use TCp/IP and the installer just won't let me install the new files. ANyone knows how to completely shutdown these processes so I can apply the patch??

can also reply to : tim_to_at_bigfoot.com, Thanks
