Hello

Oracle do not have a limit of memory. The Memory available to Oracle is set with the DB_BLOCK_BUFFERS and the DB_BLOCK_SIZE Parameter.
(Memory=DB_BLOCK_BUFFERS * DB_BLOCK_SIZE ) So if you set the DB_BLOCK_BUFFERS appropriatly and set the parameter "PRE_PAGE_SGA =YES" in the initORACLE_SID.ora File you will see that the amount of memory to oracle is much higher than befor.
