Oracle8i installation on Debian Linux

I recently installed Oracle8i (8.1.5) on a Debian Linux platform. The
DBMS works fine but when I try to start SQL*Plus I get the following
message:



sqlplus: error in loading shared libraries:
/home/oracle/product/8.1.5/lib/libclnt.sh.so.8.0
undefined symbol: nauzaoss



Did anyone already experiment this problem?
