A minor disagreement - in my opinion the NT account used by the Oracle Agent
should never be the system default NT account, unless perhaps the Oracle DBA
and the NT administrator is the same individual. The agent account does not
even need to be in the NT Domain Admin group.
In my shop, a separate Oracle Agent account is used and is setup as a member of the NT Domain with logon to server and logon as batch privilege.
Even though I may disagree, if things are working for you, don't change it.
