Internet connection when loggin to Oracle Lite

Hello,


    I can connect to my local Oracle Lite
from Sqlplus through an odbc source.


However, everytime I log in Oracle tries opens
an Internet connection (when it's not already
open). When I cancel the connection dialog,
I can log in succesfully.


   Can I remove this?
