Thanks for the suggestion Toby, however the URL is still attempting to connect to the outside world (I added both http://ntserver and http://localhost).

When I ping the host ntserver it says that it is pinging ntserver.world. I have also set up WEBDB to point to WEBDATA.world. The host 'ntserver' has a different IP address when I am connected to the internet to when I am disconnected:

Connected: 194.222.112.184
Disconnected: 127.0.0.1

Could the .world domain be forcing an internet connection & if so how do I remove it,
