maybee someone can help me!

I have a strange problem: after bulding a new database 8.1.5 on a SUN Solaris 2.7 I can work with this database from external via NET8 (TCPIP) or within the database server from the UNIX user oracle, the owner of the database and ORACLE software. When I connect to the database from any other UNIX user (every time the same ORCALE user) the database is damaged by overwritten blocks when I build a new table from an old one or create a secondary index.

The userid has its own tablespace and may be filled with import or loader. everytime the first block of the tablespace is overwritten, also other blocks (#3) and maybee futher, which are hard to find, because the tablespace goes offline.

Maybee someone can help me????
