Need a good design book

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a good database design book for my situation. I'm developing a database-driven site using Linux Red Hat 6 / Oracle 8.05 / PHP3 / Apache. I have installed O8, and have Oracle Database Administration (O'Reilly). Now I am at the point where I need to design and implement the database.
Is Oracle Design (O'Reilly) the best choice? Or has anyone found a better one for this type of application?
