Help!!! OAS does not startup inspite of patch

Hi Everybody,

I have installed

1) WindowsNT 4.0 SP3
2) Internet Explorer 4.01 SP1
3) Developer 6.0
4) Application Server 4.0.7.0
5) Patch of Application Server 4.0.7 (which contain yt40.dll)

It still throws the OWS-20214 OrB not starting

From what I could make out the ORB daemon process is unable to start.

In the online doc- they talk about a names server service. Could that be the problem?

I have followed the exact software configurations but it has really not helped me.

I am at my wit's end and getting tired totally. Please help!!!!
