Personal Oracle 7.3.4. on Win98

Hi!



When I try to connect to local database from SQL*Plus, I get the following
errors:


ERROR: ORA-01034: ORACLE not available


ORA-09243: smsget: error attaching to SGA
OSD-04101: invalid SGA: SGA not initialized




Does anybody know what might be the problem?
Does Personal Oracle 7 for Windows 95 works on Windows 98?
