Database Link creation with Global name TRUE

When I create database link betwwen 2 oracle databases, I got the
following error message. Does anyone know what action should I do to
kill this problem? Version: Oracle 8.05



ORA-02085: database link ORA8.WORLD connects to ORACLE.WORLD
