I typically set up all my systems like this:
in /etc/inittab add
rc_oracle:2:wait:/etc/rc.oracle
in /etc/rc.oracle put
orabin="/u01/app/oracle/product/805/bin" (customize for you) su - oracle -c "$orabin/lsnrctl start"
