The only way to answer that question is to look in the listener.log and the
listener.trc file.
If that doesn't help make sure you have the following in listener.ora
trace_level_listener = 16 trace_unique_listener = true trace_directory_listener = <any directory, as long as it is notC:\ORANT\bin)
