Import 7.3.3 from 8.0.5?

We are upgrading a system from 7.3.3. to 8.0.5 and also putting it on a
new box.


Apparently, the box is being set up with AIX 4.3 pre-installed, which
Oracle 7 isn't


certified under.  So, we are wondering, if we can import a 7.3.3
database with Oracle 8.0.5.  If it is a possibility, it could save some
trouble....  Does anyone know or has tried it?  Any problems?
