Sunit,

I hope you have an export of your database, because you cannot get the data back from your old files. The old dbf and log files are of no use to you at this point, since they are no longer associated with an instance. Re-using them in a new instance will not help you, as the files will be internally cleared. I'm sorry, but all data you had in the old instance, if it wasn't exported prior to creating your new 'test' instance, is gone.
