Interrupting External Procedures

Hello *,



I have an external procedure that works fine, but sometimes takes ages
to terminate. Is there a possibility to catch some 'break'-Signal (like
Ctrl-C) for stoping at a consistant state? Much the way like Ctrl-C acts
in SQL*Plus.
