Schedule job under NT??

Oracle 8.0.4 for NT 4.0 SVR+SP3.

I tried to use OEM to schedule job, such as broadcast message. Everything seem right until the final step. When I hit "submit" tab, the status value after destination validation is "failed to find address for agent", the 2nd error message after I hit "OK" is "VOC-04816: Invalid destination". The destination is the service name in "tnsnames.ora", isn't it?

What's wrong? Any idea? Thanks a lot!!!!
