OAS 4.0, LiveHTML

Hi,

after installing the LiveHTML Sample, the Helloworld-example is not working. After clicking on "run LiveHTML Hello Sample" a dialog box appears, saying something like

...the DLL "ole32.dll" was moved in memory, since the DLL c:\winnt\system32\ntmarta.dll occupies a memory-region, that is reservered for NT system DLLs...

(translated from german, sorry)

WinNT4.0, SP4, OAS 4.0, yt40.dll installed to fix Oracle's SP4-Bug.

So what am i doing wrong?
