DB Block Size

We run PeopleSoft (payroll, benefits admin) on an AIX machine on v. 7.3.4.
The DB size is about 8g and growing.  Our block size is 4k.  Row chaining is
not currently a major problem.  Does anyone have an opinion as to whether
that block size is a little small for this application.  We are considering
doubling it.
