I've installed Oracle 8 on Windows 2000 build 2000. Everything worked fine if you excluded the Oracle Intelligent Agent from the installation. Running and accessing a large database also work fine. Most of the administrative tools I haven't tried and probably will not since my Windows 2000 has completelly crashed by now (not due to Oracle thou).
